The data of this study were collected from 84 valid respondents who completed a structured questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS12.0 Windows Version, including descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and ANOVA. The results of the study indicate the followings: 1.If employees attend the educational training courses, there has a positive effect on the training effectiveness. 2.The foreign brand hotels adapt off-job-training more than on-the-job training. 3.The training effectiveness of foreign brand is higher than domestic industry. 4.The management types have not yield significant moderating effect on the relationship between training courses and training effectiveness.
