碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院碩士班 === 98 === This research aims to explore the effect of english proficiency and perceived on internationalization of personal as moderated by personality. The data of this study were collected from 242 valid respondents who completed a structured questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS12.0 Windows Version, which include descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study indicate the followings: 1.The relationships between English proficiency and perceived internationalization where did not yield significant relationship. 2.When internal locus of increases, the level of perceived internationalization increases as well. 3.Personality and English proficiency did not yield significant. 4.Personality did not show significant moderating effect on the relationship between English proficiency and perceived internationalization.
