Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院碩士班 === 98 === This study was to explore staff’s organizational commitment and job self-efficacy in the elementary schools.This study aims to:(1)explore staff’s organizational commitment and job self-efficiency;(2)investigate the relationship between different background and organizational commitment, and the relationship between different background and job self-efficiency ;(3)explore the relationship between staff’s organizational commitment and job self-efficiency ;(4)analyze the influence of different background and organizational commitment on job self-efficiency;(5)offer concrete suggestions to administrators and school. The study conducted survey by questionnaire. There were 248 with a ratio of 88.57 ﹪ usable samples received from the target objects,elementary staffs in 4 counties in central Taiwan. Taichung city, Taichung county, Nantou county , and Changhua county . In order to achiev the aim of this study,descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were employed. The conclusions as follows:(1)The staff’s organizational commitment is positive; (2) The staff’s job self-Efficacy is positive;(3)There is statistically significant difference between staff’s organizational commitment and different background ;(4)There is significant difference between staff’s job self-efficacy and different background; (5)The correlation existed between staff’s organizational commitment and job self-efficacy; (6)difference background and staff’s organizational commitment may predict job self-efficacy.
