Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院碩士班 === 98 === To solve the problem of reducing national defeuce budget and improve defense ability, we completed the first stage of disarmament in 2001 and reduced the national troops specified number of personnel to 380,000. Some studies pointe that the hational troops simplification unable to achieve the goal and significantly influence the remluning officers. This research refrr to the disassimilation theory by Marx and studies by Blauner(1964) and Cooper, and take the guestionnaive surver in view of the navy repaire and maintenance plant personnels as the object on three directions , the self-alienation, the insignificant feeling and dilutedness. I provided 500 guestionnaires , and received 415 guestionnaires. The conclusions and suggestions are as follows : 1.To part of personnel having insufficient cognition of simplification , the national troops high-level should perform to take and guidance . 2.the sense of insecurity and the profession indefinite feel of personnel have negative in flurnce to organization trust , government should strengthen to personnel counsel. 3.When organization simplifies, staff feel unfair in opes, communication partici pation and appeal will cause disassimilation. There fore the process of simplify should be open and let staff have communication channel. 4. The national troops impel organization restoration decision of the have less bidirectional communication by the unidirectional suggestion power. And it cause the higher order , the hig school record, the non-host duty military personnel feel lack of participation and not send duty by specialty. And it finally lead to disassimilation. Therefore organization simplify should depend on characteristics to come the personnel reduction , and then reorganization be suitable to remaining officers.
