Solar photovoltaic, with its Eco-friendly and renewable characteristic, is among the most concerned green energy industries. Under the impact of shortened product life cycle and globalization, today''s industrial competition has been gradually evolved from independent enterprises into the overall competition pattern between supply chains. This research aims at constructing an order management system of solar cell supply chain by using the Ontology technology. Solar cell supply chain includes the information from raw material of the product to the end users; the management, on the other hand, needs to integrate all the active processes within the supply chain. This research applies the Ontology to classify the knowledge of solar cell technology, ensuring the clearness between properties of all various types, and uses Ontology Knowledge Base and PHP Programming language to construct the order management system of solar cell supply chain.
