碩士 === 華夏技術學院 === 資產與物業管理研究所 === 98 === In recent years, the internet successfully spreads the whole world and is connected by computers and mobile devices such as cell phones to constitute the internet platform. With high interactivity, no geographic and time limitation, real-time response, cheap costs, and low entry barrier etc.., the internet drives the economic benefit of global interaction. Additionally, the internet already penetrates into our lives and exists in every economic activity so that it becomes the core surrounded by our daily thoughts and human economy. Broadband internet is frequently used in financial, e-commerce, broadband teaching, high quality video conference, long–distanced medical teaching, on-line multimedia programs and so on. The combination buying behavior of physical stores and internet service has become a normal way for people to do shopping nowadays. In this way, the local stores can expand their benefit and also provide various services for local residents. In this study, we will combine the internet information platform and “local stores” to form a service channel and further turn into a local community. Also, this study will directly involve the “local premium customers” to explore how internet mechanism gathers community residents together and enables the building management companies and local stores to raise their self-competition. Finally, this study will provide the suggestion to their future development as well.
