Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 成人教育與人力發展學系碩士班 === 98 === The purposes of this study are to investigate the relationships among divorced women’s career self-efficacy, career barriers and their demand of employment guidance services. Total 300 questionnaire were delivered and 151 valid questionnaires were returned. Questionnaires survey data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics which includes t test, one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation. The main findings of this study are listed as follows: 1. Those divorced women showed the highest career self-efficacy on "the intensity of confidence." 2. Divorced women expressed the strongest career barrier was "competitive conditions." 3. The most in-demand employment services was "career guidance and counseling." 4. Divorced women’s backgrounds, such as "age," "education," "number of years divorced," "work experience," "job categories," "health status," and "residence," yielded significant differences on their career self-efficacy scores. 5. Divorced women’s backgrounds, such as "age," "education," "number of years divorced," and "job categories," resulted in significant differences on their career barriers scores. 6. Divorced women with background variables "number of dependent children," "economy status" and "employment or not" showed different demands on employment guidance services. 7. Divorced women’s career self-efficacy and career barriers resulted in significant positive correlation. 8. Divorced women’s career self-efficacy and their demand on the employment guidance services showed significant positive correlation. 9. Divorced women’s career barriers and their demand on the employment guidance services showed significant positive correlation. According to the conclusions of this study, recommendation was provided for the government agencies and employment service institutions, as well as for follow-up research.
