Summary: | 碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 公共事務管理學系碩士班 === 98 === Implementation of the alternative system is to promote the public interest, public administration, enhance the ability of the government, that is to have multiple of the pipeline of young draftees, contribute their expertise to serve the community, not only a new reform of Taiwan’s military service, but also a social transformation major project. Therefore, the system of alternative service become a kind of military service, it is the substitute services draftees military, based on their military status, the government use the alternative human input in national construction and social services and strengthen the overall national power, is the bounden duty soldiers.
Management units and by the early draftee system is not sound very much derived from the question whether the military service itself duty service satisfaction will affect their performance? Servicemen on duty service management unit satisfaction will affect their performance? Indirect management units (Service units, Counseling unit) attitude will affect their performance?
In our study, “Policy assessment for the substituted soldiers in educational services satisfaction” survey for the direction, through the satisfaction survey, statistical analysis, conclusions, recommendations, look for the features of this policy and the need to strengthen the Department to provide the competent authority for reference and use.
