We utilize an interpolation trick to obtain an interpolated image based on some of control points from the original one. At the same time, the interpolated image was distinguished into smooth and edge parts of the region by edge detection and it takes the advantage of LSB for high-capacity embedding in the message to achieve the asymmetrical effect. The secret message length embedded in the smooth and edge regions are N-1 bits and N bits, simply and respectively. Experimental results show that the asymmetric hiding method proposed in this paper is not only invisible on visional perception but also do well in the embedding capacity.
