Although it is forbided by lawmaker in the current point of view, but it is extremely possible that the human cloning could be produced by new technology and non-enthusiastic attitude to make related law by each country. However, human cloning can not be likely other contraband to destroy. So, it is necessary to make statute to maintain human cloning’s basic right. However, people tend to oppose human cloning due to it will cause relationship collapse or tie of blood confused, and it is why they are against the issue of human cloning. This article will focus on relationship of human cloning and related rules. Moreover, to solve those oppose issue who worry about it. This article will discuss what difference between human cloning and human, and treat case to build up relationship which is prior. We choose appropriate traditional rules per parents’ role in traditional relationship, and enlarge to other basic of relationship. Besides, this article also analyzes the kind of duplication and to follows similar rules of Bill on artificial reproduction. The conclusion of my point is to build specified rules, the role of laws play as same as natural people, should be limited or forbid to duplicate, relation with human cloning, marriage of human cloning and forbidden of human cloning near relations marriage. These can be reference for law marker.
