Many corporations use it to lower the management cost, enhance the efficiency, and create profits. The aim of this study is to examine how “I corporation” apply 6S management in its site management。Its successful experience becomes the learning model in the industry. The methodology I use in this research includes deep interview, and references review. I apply purposive sampling to choose my respondents. Through collecting and carefully analyzing the materials collected, the conclusion of this study is as follows: The successful factors of the 6S management operation are deeply based on the support of the top manager and the insistence of the professions. People have to thoroughly implement the comprehensive 6S management system. As Dr. Yu Shi Wei said, “power of execution” is to complete the work qualitatively and quantitatively. The strength of power of execution is rooted in two critical elements: one is capacity, and the other is attitude. The former is the basic factor and the latter is the key one. Hopefully, the conclusion of this study could contribute to the academic research of the related fields and the practice of this industry. Keyword: 6S management, power of execution
