According to the data of last a few years, there is a trend of increasing manpower dispatching demands in banking business year after year. Therefore, this study is focused on the influence factors of manpower dispatching to banking business, and the result should b able to serve as the reference for banks to consider the continuation of manpower dispatching. Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were introduced to obtain the weighing factors for evaluation of job performance. Efficiency, performance and quality, the three aspects of job performance were investigated to understand how job performance affects the dispatched employees, and finally the evaluation indices were proposed for job performance.
