This study, with 950 valid questionnaires, aims at analyzing the circumstance of job satisfaction by utilizing T-test, One-Way ANOVA and factoranalysis to research the deference within personnel background, units and management of the units. The results indicate following point of views: A. Lower job satisfaction shows in senior volunteer soldiers. B. Higher job satisfaction shows in retained soldiers. C. Lower job satisfaction shows in soldiers serving in basic units. D. Higher satisfaction on “career planning” shows in female soldiers. E. Higher satisfaction on “current policy” shows in married soldiers. F. The longer one stays in the military the lower satisfaction is shown. G. Satisfaction on “career planning” is decreased along with the age.
