Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 98 === Due to the global enterprise internationalization, liberalization and information technology in recent years, the complexity of the market and uncertainties of the political society have been raising. Therefore human resource is becoming the most important part of an enterprise. Establishing a good and sound human resource management system will help the industry remain competitive. Human resource management system includes professional knowledge, module and also integrate database, application system, communication technology and network. When database works with network system, it will cause the information security problem. How to ensure integrity and availability of the data during the network transmission will be the key point of Human resource management system. Thereafter, this research reviews relative references and technical literature. Then, Delphi method is applied to find out 19 factors which might cause the issues of information security. Four major security aspects, "Management Procedures", "Software Operating Security", "System Operation Security" and "Security Event Management" are obtained by using ISO27001. There are even 4 to 6 factors in each aspect. By analytical hierarchy process, the weights of all aspects and factors are calculated. The results could be referenced by enterprises to realize the security problems of human resource management system.
