Principle should play different roles according to different types of the activity or difficulty for solving the problems effectively. This study took elementary school for an example for a case, and divided the activities into two basic types of new activity process—the policy-based activity and generalized activity. For the two types of activities, there would be totally 6 case-activities analyzing the roles of the principle in different stages of the new activity process. In this study, the main difficulty of the generalized activities is source-shortage, and communicated-linkage problem is for the policy-based activities. Going to the minor difficulty, the generalized activities had the difficulty in recruiting new students and the policy-based activity had it in source-shortage. Therefore, source-shortage is the biggest difficulty for the all. To the aspect in the roles of the principle, being a communicator and an advocator are the two main roles for it. In the different types of the new activity process, the role of the principle is an advocator for the generalized activities, while as a communicator for the policy-based activities. After synthesizing, Principle played different roles in different types of the activities; however, they are the two main roles for the whole 6 activities in this case study. This result complied with what just mentioned.
