碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 98 === The purposes of this study were to understand the users’ motivation and satisfaction of ASUS group sport facility, and to compare different degree of motivation and satisfaction of ASUS group Sport facility according to different demographic variables.The method of survey on the ASUS group sport facility’s staff was used the convenient sampling. 500 questionnaires were sent out, and 386 questionnaires were received. The percentage of valid survey was 76.2%. The data collected were analyzed via descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA(Scheffe method), and Pearson product-moment correlation were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The results were as the following： 1.It was found the significant differences on staff users’ motivation by the staff’s average income, the frequency of attending, the dimension using times and the most utilized facility.It was found the significant differences on users’ satisfaction by the staff‘s age, average income, marriage, service unit, working time, the dimension using times and the most utilized facility. 2.The research also concludes the following rankings as aspects of users’ The research also concludes the following rankings as aspects of users’ satisfaction： (1) Health demand；(2) Relations demand；(3) Recreation demand；(4) Social demand 3.The research also concludes the following rankings as aspects of users’ satisfaction： (1) Sports facility；(2) Attitudes of attendants；(3) Athletic field software；(4) Environment safety 4.Positive correlation was found between staff users' motivation and satisfaction.
