The influence of the sense elements of recreational expirence on experiential quality.
The influence experiential quality on assuage of job stress and increase of job involvement.
Through the research result, in the realistic part, let every business leader and the leader of leisure farm know that the Sense of entertainment experience by actually or using the media of experiential quality can have an influence on assuaging job stress and increasing job involement.
The research targets audience are the people who have gone to SYUN, YI-CAO forest resently. To send 320 test paper and retrieved 311 test paper and it had 292 correct test paper. The research is used the SPSS 17.0 to analyze content.
The research confirmed that Sense had an influence on experiential quality. And experiential quality also had an influence on assuaging job stress and increasing job involement. So, the research’s framework was correct.
The research showed that Visual and Smell had a unremarkable effect on Surprise and too. Surprise and Fun had a unremarkable effect on assuaging job stress and increasing job involement. The research’s conclusion provide the leader of leisure farm and SYUN,YI-CAO Forest with the plan in future.
According to this research, increasing job involement is more remarkable than assuaging job stress. According to the documents, the research can be understanded that most of the tourist’s job stress reach some degree, their ability of resisting pressure will decrease. According to this research, Sense and experiential quality had more influence on increasing job involement than assuaging job stress. So, this result can provide some idea for the Department of Human Resources.
