The allocation and execution of the remuneration planning could be two among influential factors for keeping talents. Issuing irregular bonus is for certain a good way to motivate employees in a short term. Retaining talents, however, for long-term and improving their confidence requires a “long-term reward and motivation program”. According to study background and incentive, there are 3 objectives will be observed in this study: 1. Probing into the correlation between characteristics of interviewees and corporate welfare; 2. Probing into the satisfaction levels of employee about corporate variable annuity insurance program in retention; 3. Probing into the utilization of the variable annuity insurance of retention program the company uses on annual resignation rate. The objectives above take the employee’s standing. Questionnaires designed are based on the study’s objectives, and consult similar studies. In this study, the questionnaire grades with five-point scale scoring. We sent out 250 questionnaires, among which 225 copies were responded with response rate of 90%. This study aims at the retention program provided with long-term motivation efficacy and benefit; plus, attempts to find out the influence of the motivation function to the retention program. In advance, related available variable annuity insurance planning will be raised for retaining talents so that we could understand the efficacy from employees’ attitude toward long-term motivation of variable annuity insurance to business retention planning. It is observed and analyzed that there's a positive correlation between the satisfactory rates of employees whom the corporate has provided with welfare and the corporate usage of the variable annuity insurance to enhance employee welfare. It is necessary for the employer to strengthen the retention plan to attract talents and satisfy their needs. In the case, employees will show their dependence, trust and commitment to the corporate accompanied by work efficiency and avoidance of job mobility.
