Therefore, the development of each country’s labor dispatch, according to the country’s economic cons truction and social needs and customs, each have their own different, and have gradually established systems and regulations to let the labor dispatch industry rapid and healthy g rowth. Aim at different management type and scale of hair styling industry in our country, but the need of each beauty salon has the consistency. The hair styling market had occu pied high proportion in the service industry. But in the field of beauty salon to the need and development of human resource, because the birth rate declining with the trend of the times, letting the difficulty which human resource faced deepening. On the other ha nd, the proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade in technical and vocati onal college keeps on rising, therefore strengthened the rank of human resource trained by beauty salon. The labor dispatch company in hair styling industry, and the beauty sa lon enterprise (the alliance company) or unit which has labor demand signs a service co ntract, sent the recruited employee to the enterprise unit which has labor demand. The enterprise or unit which has labor demand can command, supervise and dispense the work duties. The labor dispatch company provides the labor service, and charge the enterprise or unit that has labor demand for service expenses or administrative expenses. In recent years, the diversity of beauty salon’s organizational type, leads the beaut y salon to pursue more specialized transformation. Therefore, by understanding the usag e of labor dispatch in different countries and in Taiwan, discuss the management of labor dispatch in actual, whether can meet the need of hair styling industry, and toward a susta inable management. For the employee positioning and the coordination with beauty sa lon, the process of employee’s life planning and technical and vocational training, in th e current management, development and characteristic of labor dispatch in hair styling industry, synthesized the analysis in this research, proposed some personal viewpoints, using the conclusion of this research, provide the reference to the relation unit of labor dispatch company in hair styling industry.
