The more and more people try to achieve the purpose of keeping fit by doing exercise. The exercise bike model and the human body model by the human kinetics simulation software LifeMODTM are used to combine the model of human body and exercise bike to simulate the exercise of riding an exercise bike in this thesis. Observing the circumstances of muscle and the joint in a part of human body when riding by changing the resistance, speed , the position of seat and riding posture. The result of analysis could be the reference of exercise bike. In order to avoid the sports injuries of joint, to earn the correct riding posture by knowing the pressure on joint. Except for the exercise bike, the exercise of riding bicycle is simulated in the thesis.
