Making it a successful and sustainable industry needs continuous innovation, also needs to consider what kind of environmental impact the industry will make. How can one tourist industry take these challenges and make themselves a sustainable business is one of the biggest issue.
40 years ago, Yun Hsien resort hotel start the business in tourist industry. It has been very popular in its early age because of the uniqueness. After all these years, all the theme parks and amusement park have rise. Because lack of innovation thoughts, and slowly loosing the uniqueness, Yun Hsien now has to face how to change themselves.
This research uses SWOT analysis on the Yun Hsien case study, and the study found out Yun Hsien resort hotel still have their own advantages in tourist industry. It needs more long the line of overall planning and more innovative strategy. The organization as a whole does not have enough integrate skill, and the lack of confidence and unknown position. Hence, the research focuses on Yun Hsiens’ innovation strategy and combine it with creative cultural industry. Wishing this will help them with directing their future strategy.
