Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 98 === Nowadays not only the market competition is getting more and more intensive, but also the product changes of semiconductor industry become more frequent than ever; especially, these phenomena are happened to the assembly and testing industry of final semiconductor supply chains. In order to understand the characteristics of final testing of memory integrated circuits (IC) industry and new product introduction processes, this research considers the construction of master production planning system for the memory IC final testing process in wafer fabrication, which includes such properties as make-to-order services in the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), multiple-priority orders, reentrant flow in final testing process, sequence dependent setup time, and batch operation. The success of new product introduction and mass production affect a company''s profit and growth. Therefore, how to use company’s internal resource of information technology (IT) system to meet the customer''s production needs and plan reasonable quality insurance and new product introduce into mass production becomes a challenging issue. The purpose of this research is to setup Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) system at final memory IC testing industry to help new product introduce into mass production. This research also adapts real cases from manufacturers to illustrate the application of APQP and construct the perfect flow of new product development, in order to correctly and effectively execute PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA tools. Based on the conclusions of this research, the implementation of APQP receives benefits of the "enhancement of corporate image", "improvement of customer satisfaction", "enhancement of the success rate of new product development", and "improvement of product quality". Since a rapid reaction of production methods has relatively diverse strengths to meet customer''s diversifications and achieve a better quality of mass production, obtaining the benefits of APQP in a globalized economy is the key to continually hold competitive advantages in the final testing of memory IC industry
