Hon Hai Precision Industry Company acquisition with Sony LCD TV assembly factory in Mexico;INNOLUX successively integrate TPO and CHIMEI into Chimei Innolux Corporation; CHIPBOND merger with International semiconductor technology(IST);Communication industry of Taiwan Mobile Company acquisition with KBRO;HIWIN Technologies acquisition with Mega-F Motion System. Acquisition and merger of enterprises which have function of improving industry''s techniques and promoting efficiency. Also, there should be more efficiency in strengthening the enterprise in the competitive market. Acquisition and merger have already become enterprise''s competition and cooperative tactics key link in the 21st century. The complicatedness of the acquisition and merger, the rate of making successful acquisition and merger cases actually low, and therefore by probing into enterprise''s successful acquisition and merger case as future references and practices for enterprise. This research is done by case study, uses the theory to deduce and sums up with the phenomenon, analyses the information and interviews. To study how EMS factory of J Group merger and acquisition with G Company, expand its production scale and promote the enterprise performances. By means of Lewin three periods of three stage ways: defrost reform, freeze, it helps probing into organizational change while merger and acquisition. Also, observe and analyze each period of its incident, classify.
