This study could be helpful to change the safety management to become more valuable and convenient instead of currently one, we also can use this system to enhance more competitive not only for school management but also useful for the parent. Both of them who can use this management system to well understand the safety and attendance status during the students are getting on and getting off the school busses. This thesis will be applied to UHF band’s communication system, so majority of how to reduce RFID loss of transmission cable between system end and antenna and to boost the communication distance is very important. Although this study does limit contributions to general communication system, however, it does a lot to RFID system. Because 1 dB loss in RFID system will make a big influence on reading distance of the overall system. Therefore, the ultimate purpose of this paper is to study how to improve and boost the reading distance of RFID between reader and Tags. Thus, the difference characteristic of antenna radiation patterns will directly affect to communication system on reading distance more. It will also be the key successful characteristics to RFID of the overall system. Regarding to this management system’s designing. We have to put more studies and efforts on hardware circuit integration between each modules. Otherwise, It also needs application software and firmware for final consociation to reach the beginning design concept. All the detail understanding and knowing of how to study and make it are described in this thesis. Of course it should be included Firmware and source code. Finally, this study will only aim at UHF 915 MHz and could be extended to other bands and managerments if this study is proved. Keywords: RFID Reader, MCU, GSM, GPS, LCM.
