Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 風險管理與保險研究所 === 98 === After the economic crisis, many people become deeply concerned about the banks whether they have proper and safe management, especially the banks which benefit from the balance produced from the interest between deposit and loan. Therefore, credit-evaluation is responsible for the security of the bank management. Concern about the risk factors existing among medium-sized and small enterprise is growing widely. According to the studies, we investigates the risk factors for medium-size and small enterprise loan by using the medium-size and small enterprise loan data of Taichung area branch in F bank, applying financial and non-financial data used for credit-evaluation by the bank, including fundamental information of business, bank-transacted-with record, land-and-building, financial ratios, and experience observation information, to test the explanatory power on the default risk of medium-size and small business loan by logistic regression analysis. According to the results, we find that the variables of the seniority of a person in charge of the industry, deposit at the bank, number of bank-transacted-with, middle and long term loan balance, and land-lot size are significant to the default risk of loan. Among these variables, the shorter seniority the person in charge of the industry has, the less deposit the bank has, the more number of banks the transacts with, the more balance middle and long term loan produces and the smaller size of land-lot, the higher probability the default risk of loan will be. According to credit-evaluation of medium-size and small enterprise, our studies show that the data about the variables of the seniority of a person in charge of the industry, deposit at the bank, number of bank-transacted-with, middle and long term loan balance, and land-lot size are documented and unable to be feigned. These important data are objective and reasonable. Thus, they are recommended to be the important reference materials in credit-evaluation.
