Due to the characteristics of carbon materials has porous and high specific surface area, so it very suitable to support catalysts. So we chose carbon black as a supports in this experiment and make it dispersed with surfactant, furthermore study on Gram-negative bacteria as a model for E. coli cell wall extract-lipopolysaccharide. In this study we used FE-SEM, XRD, BET and ICP-OES to investigate the growth behavior of carbon black with silver, and to test the antibacterial of carbon black with silver to E. coli. On the other hand we used LDS and OM to analyze the carbon black with silver dispersion behavior in normal saline. Eventually we picked the best condition to study in rat model and observed the rat bladder weight and the macro-phenomenon, micro-phenomenon of histological tissue cross sections. Experiment results reveal that preparation with impregnation method and carbon black as a supports would control the silver particle size in a range of 20-40 nm, and the concentration of silver nitride at 0.1 mole has the smallest and uniform silver particles. It is also good in antibacterial for E. coli. The particle size of carbon black supported silver in the normal saline would be decrease from 14.7 ?慆 to 308.1 nm by surfactant Tween 80 and it also good in particles distribution.
