Credit Union has developed for hundred years and has offered much favorable condition for people even though the scale is smaller than other financial organizations. The goals and the operation systems of credit union are different from those of other normal financial institutions since the most important elements of credit union developing are voluntary members and sprit of mutual helps   This study using canonical analysis, ANOVA, and multiple-regression analysis to analyze the participation motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance of the volunteers of credit union in Taiwan. The empirical sample comes from random selected questionnaires. The total questionnaire number is 1134, and the valid number is 518.   The results show that the volunteers have stronger demand and motivations to fulfill social responsibility, and have an enthusiastic motivation in participation. The result also shows that the volunteers have a strong feeling in intrinsic job satisfaction. The more participation motivation they have more job satisfaction and organizational commitment they can get the job performance is higher.
