In this study, in order to study organization’s behaviors, we examine the factions’ behaviors including the activities influencing the organization’s performance, members’ interactions and the effects. Further, we explain the faction concept with research data to classify factions, discuss the phenomenon and build the framework, explaining the inter-factions’ behaviors and the causes in Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.
