Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 化學工程學所 === 98 === Aluminum hydroxide nanoparticles have been prepared by high- gravity liquid precipitation method, using AlCl3 and NaOH as raw materials. The influence of rotation speed, concentrations of raw materials and surfactant on the product has been studied. The particle size distribution have been measured by DLS. The results showed that Al(OH)3 particle size, distribution between 130~ 281 nm and average size as 150 nm, were obtained in rotating speed 2000 rpm, pH value 4, without any dispersant added. When adding polyelectrolyte dispersant, 0.0007 M of polyacrylic acid (PAA), the Al(OH)3 particle size, distribution between 171~269 nm and average size as 187 nm, were obtained in rotating speed 2000 rpm, pH value 8. Comparing with other two dispersants, polyelectrolyte dispersant has the narrow size distribution and good disperse efficiency, which is better than anionic dispersant(SDS)and non-ionic dispersant(PEG).
