Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策所 === 98 === Sharing and Participation-A Study on Teacher Leadership in an Elementary School Student:Chueh Liao Advisor:Chih-feng Lai, Ph.D. Feng Chia University Graduate Institute of Public Policy Thesis Abstract This research takes an elementary school in Mid-Taiwan area, as the object of the study , using “nature research” method and strategy, through video recording, note record, observation experience, interviews and analysis document and material, material classification, and then come up with the induction. The research studies the data qualitatively and applies the framework for understanding teacher leadership to explore the issues below: teachers’ leader’s localization and state, the interactive pattern and the situation of teacher leadership, teachers’ leader’s characteristics and skills, and teachers’ leader’s concrete practice efficiency. The findings are as follows: 1.Teachers’ leadship depends on the operation pattern of teams cooperation brainstorming and thoughts sharing. 2.The fair treatment, and the friendly safe atmosphere in school, are helpful for the vigorous development of the teacher. 3.Being considerate and patient with teachers, and being able to communicative and trust teachers’ leader’s personality and characteristics. 4.The more inspiration supports, reconsider, the consultation and the participation are the achievement which unceasingly the teacher leads. 5. The teacher career development''s tax power, brings the success of class management and strengthens the learning of social groups. This is the teachers’ leader’s concrete practice potency. The findings provide some implications for further studies on elementary school teacher leadership, and advice for education authorities. They also could help principals and other teacher leaders pay more attention to the leadership issues and intensify their effects. 【Keywords】: teacher leadership、teacher leader、sharing and participation
