Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this paper is to investigate rating accuracy by experimental design. A rating training video-tape film which contains three tasks including establishing of the workbench, constituting of template and connecting of electronic terminal was used to investigate the rating performance. Each kind of tasks have different standard rating values. First, a task which has the nearest 100% standard rating value will be played so that the trainee would have proper concept about the standard rating value. The trainees are asked to evaluate rating after watching these tasks. The exact rating value is announced immediately after the students writing their rating values. Three potential factors of correct rating are class, gender and standard rating value. The results show that first, standard rating value is significant for all the three tasks. Second, the sequence of the task to be broadcasted and its corresponding standard rating value affects the accuracy of rating judgment. Third, the learning effect has a little impact on the accuracy of rating.
