碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this paper is to build up and use the Audit Management System so that it can be realized whether the organization meet the requirement of ISO 9001 or not. Furthermore, the quality management system of the organization can be systematically analyzes and improved. By using the management cycle, PDCA , there are 4 phases in the management system. (1) First, using check lists of audit system, the content of ISO 9001 is divided 13 categories. (2) In each category, find out the processes which have the highest defect items in the internal auditing, and then improve them in the first priority. (3) Each authoritative section lists corrective action for the defective items and follows up their performance correspondingly. (4) Finally, demonstrate the effectiveness of corrective/preventive action with “Radar” chart, and then normalize these actions and deploy horizontally to other departments to prevent similar defects ocuring again. The proposal method has been implemented to a medium-sized enterprise in Taiwan. The result showed that capability of continual improvement and the effectiveness and efficiency was improved by using the auditing system.
