Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 98 === This study aimed at Taiwan and South Korea's foreign institutional investors, a questionnaire survey method and impact analysis of factors that governs foreign institutional investor’s investment decision-making. This study will divide the influencing factors into three dimensions;
1. Analysis of the systemic risk of the Interest Rates (I), Exchange Rates, Inflation (E), Consumer Price Index (CPI), and Money Supply (MS) would affect foreign institutional investor’s investment decision-making.
2. Analysis of the non-systematic risk of the Return On Investment (ROI), Turnover rate (TR), Business income growth rates, Price to Earnings ratio(P/E) and Earnings per share(EPS) would affect foreign institutional investor’s investment decision-making.
3. Analysis of practical information of Margin trading information, dividend distribution information, company size, Market Equity – Book Equity Ratio(BE/ME), Trading details of the three major institutional Investors would affect foreign institutional investor’s investment decision-making.
The results show that systemic risk in the Money Supply are of the most affecting factors in foreign institutional investor’s investment decision-making in Taiwan, while as the Exchange Rate is of high proportion of affecting factor in South Korea; in non-systemic risk, in Taiwan and South Korea the Business Income growth rates is highly valued in the decision-makings of foreign institutional investor’s investment; and the third dimensions in the decision-makings of foreign institutional investor’s investment relates to the size of company and Price-Book Ratio which is valued in Taiwan and South Korea respectively.
