The result of this study shown that the transformed communication gravity model can reflect the interactive situations between community organizations. The interpersonal relationship interaction between organizations was rebuilt via the model. Three characteristics of the transformed model were concluded as followings: 1. The more far distance is more easily to make communication baffling; 2. Two persons who had worse interpersonal relationship, they also had poor communication effects; 3. It will not improve communication skills whether a person has higher ability to use computers as communication tools or not.
