Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 機械與自動化工程學系 === 98 === This present work is a study of the structure and properties of ZT alloys Phase/crystal structures, micro-structure, mechanical properties, to compare them with pure Zr, which were cast using a new dental alloy. The experimental result reveals, no matter the diffraction peak of the α type or β type alloys of zirconium is to high angle skew with increase of the titanium content. Micro-hardness value is improved of add Ti element of between 275 ~ 310 HV. A series of α type and β type ZT alloys were degree of bending strong, elastically recoverable angles have finer mechanical propertie compares with pure zirconium. The α type ZT-A alloy reduced by bending modules 10.5% and β type ZT-C alloy reduced by bending modules 12% compares with Zr. Because of the β phase of the structure will have a better alloy processing, that so choose a low bending modules and good mechanical properties of the β-type ZT-C alloy to heat-trea test and measurement properties. The result reveals after the heat treatment, the different cooling rates (furnace cooling, air cooling, liquid nitrogen quenching and water quenching) were effect the production of ω phase. ZT-C alloy of water quenching (β+α phase) exhibited ductile properties. furnace cooling (α phase), air cooling (β+α phase) and liquid nitrogen quenching (β+α phase) ZT-C alloys were production of ω phase, lead to micro-hardness value, degree of bending strong and bending modules were higher than water quenching ZT-C alloy. The liquid nitrogen quenching ZT-C alloy exhibited highest bending strength/modulus ratios as large as 22.4, being higher than pure Zr 151%. In addition, the water quenching ZT-C alloy exhibited higher bending strength/modulus ratios as large as 22.4, being higher than pure Zr 137%. and elastically recoverable angles of water quenching ZT-C alloy (20.4°) were higher than pure Zr (7.5°) by 215%. Today biomaterials to find a better of the implant material, while the good elastically recoverable angles, low modulus, ductile property, Non-toxic and good biocompatibility are inevitable. Therefore, the α type ZT-A alloy, β type ZT-C alloy and water quenching ZT-C alloy were bepromising candidates.
