Therefore, a center satellite system is usually composed of multi-core factory parties center satellite system combinations. Nevertheless, the domestic satellite system researches often belong to regarding multi-core plant as a general center satellite system. They will focus on the operation pattern of the central plant and satellite factory, but they ignore a number of central inter-plant coordinated communications, benefit assignments and their competitions. In this study, applying the systems thinking as a tool to take the dual-core center satellite system-bicycle industry alliance A-Team for example, that has been successful in recent years, in order to discover the possible questions and the development which caused by the interaction between the central inter-plants and the cooperation of satellite plants, under the cir-cumstance that TPS is in the operational mechanism into the dual-core center satellite system.
