Since X steel plant established. the process of sludge dewatering machine in wastewater treatment plants has been improved several times. But the sludge treatment outcome is not satisfactory. There are still a lot of sludge in the ponds and reservoir to increase equipment breakdown and cleaning cost. Therefore.this study is to establish better sludge produced procedure to achieve the best sludge output.
The wastewater treatment plant sludge output has great influcence on the addition of polyetectrolyte. This study establish the best process parameter by 2k experimental design method. The result shows: Under the condition on acidity wastewater PH 0.3% concentration of Polyetectrolyte . stirring rate of 175 RPM and mixing time of 20 seconds .that would be the better obtained Sludge output. Experimental design software MINITAB carries on 24 experimental design factor again .and manufactures a succession of experimental results to report. Sludge yield rate 583 kg/hr to increase to 900 kg / hr. the efficiency promotion to 154%.
