Concerning the Core Values of the People in Kindergarten
Abstract
This study is aimed to adopt the model, Dahua Kindergarten, owned by the researcher, via surveying the forming process of its identity, to discuss the spirit of a preschool’s management and educational policy. As the result, the study reaches the following conclusion:
1. Based on the core value of “human”, to express the critical element and meaning of human resource management. The critical element of human resource management is multilateral abilities. Thus, Dahua kindergarten considers how to cultivate talented persons with the knowhow of the identity formation as a key point to achieve the educational task.
2. The mind identity of Dahua kindergarten’s value system is “Honesty, Elegance, and Achievement”. Honesty is the honest character education, Elegance is the elegant conduct attitude, and Achievement is the frim will toward the goal, separently.
3. The critical elements of Dahua kindergarten’s identity are the prospect of a preschool, the principle of running a preschool, the management strategy, the cultural feature, and the identification for the working group to reach, respectively. The purpose is to attract more children and parents in the community coming to learn expectedly via the mind identity.
4. The industrial advantage of Dahua Kindergarten’s value system is its critical elements of the identity, combined with the mind identity, Honesty, Elegance, and Achievement. With the emblem of Dahua Kindergarten, public can tell our identity easily, especially the core values of human- Honesty, Elegance, and Achievement.
To sum up, the researcher offers some suggestions, based on the survey, to the preschool principals, teachers, parents, and other researchers.
