Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 98 === With the growth of Internet and bandwidth, E-learning techonology is becoming more and more popular. But, past research regarding to promoting LMS(learning management systems) in campus focused on only some aspects such as teacher or student. Little research has focused on the intact four parties: student, teacher, administrator, expert. Therefore, this study explores for the four parties: expert, administrator , teacher, and student and tries to find ways to improve the efficiency of promoting LMS in campus. Delphi was applied in student and teacher parties while structured questionnaire was applied in expert and administrator parties to collect the data to determine the CSFs (critical success factors). The findings are as follows :
(1) Different parties focus on different CSFs.
(2) Computer and the speed of network are crucial.
(3) It’s important that teachers require students to use E-learning system.
(4) Teachers play the most important role in promotin E-learning system in campus.
