This paper examines the collapse of the former Soviet Union after the Islamic Revival Movement in Central Asia on the rapid rise, of course, which mingled with the background and multi-level complex of reasons. The current religion of Islam became the most populous Central Asian region and the most extensive coverage of religion, especially Uzbekistan, Islam in Central Asia to promote the most active countries, because the mainstream Islamic values, and the attitude of the secular regime, the Uzbekistan changes the country's political development, in particular, the official Islamic system for the top-down and bottom-up civil significant impact on the Islamic system, so I think, in this paper analyzes the state power of Islamic fundamentalism on the influence of Islam in Uzbekistan Renaissance is to focus on the case analysis, while the unrest in Andijan in 2005 highlighted the significance of the secondary, to analyze the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov for the impact and influence. Study found that the development process of nation-building in Uzbekistan, there are many doubts and variable, that is, disputes over national interests made by Uzbekistan plagued by religious conflicts,Uzbekistan in the foreseeable future this country will face major challenges, in June 2010 Kyrgyzstan, the outbreak of the Fergana Basin, Kyrgyz and Uzbek ethnic conflict, is nothing more than one symptom.
