Because any change of a parameter will affect the others, there is no any simple rule to solve all problems. The coupling effects of the injection parameters cause the com -plex and illogical results. This study focused on how to use the CAE calculating capability and systematized analysis to solve the product warp problem. This study explores the root cause of shrinkage and warp, and also explains clearly the theory and concept of shrinkage and warp which formerly easy to confuse or misunderstand. In the study Moldflow program was used to simulate injection process and the warp on different injection parameter and to simulate actual operation parameter and coor- dinates experiments. Taguchi method was used to find out the optimum injection parameters to improve the property of injected product and the tooling design. Base on the simulation results.
