How to make systems to maintain flexibility? Mainly the lack of integration between enterprises of the role, so that services through standard interfaces Goutong, for service in the life-cycle management, and will corporate policy objectives and information technology integration, service in the commercial activities can change in adjustment and change. The experts and scholars is that the service-oriented architecture governance (SOA Governance) SOA can reduce the risks associated with import and gradually makes the service-oriented architecture governance by the public attention, then towards the mature stage, while the service-oriented architecture governance (SOA Governance) mainly related to the establishment of the related service period, focusing on service life cycle (Life Cycle) management, service-oriented architecture governance (SOA Governance) is the organization of service-oriented architecture to achieve the critical success factors. Stage of service-oriented architecture governance is not achievable immediately, and return on investment for service management cycle lengthening, chose to deploy quickly and cost-effective SOA Governance to assess the content of this research from the SOA Governance and the Microsoft Managed Services Engine (Managed Services Engine , MSE) were related to study and use MSE to control the life cycle reached by existing services, combined with extensive experience in Microsoft related service-oriented architecture to provide application and practice of governance.
