This research proposed that three kind of verification states make the discussion, checks the department specially including the National Defense Medical Bureau establishment, entrusts the exterior specialized organization, to check by the External audit organization. By our country and The US government internal auditing and the internal check related literature's discussion, showed that the National Defense Medical Bureau establishment checks department's necessity specially. To receives checking why compared with three kind of verification states to produce responds, and suggested that chooses the most effective method to carry out the investigation work. This findings showed that the national troops hospital unit facing so numerous and diverse and frequent checks the procedure, whether different to be had checking individual attribute a difference. The result obtains, besides the sex, the status, the department the remarkable difference, other individual attribute all for not remarkable difference, regarding receives checks the work not to be able along with the position, the education level, the work period of service, the curriculum to study and so on to have the dissimilar behavior, finally, suggested that the National Defense Medical Bureau take composes specially checks the unit to carry out the investigation work state as the best choice, because the exterior auditing is the inevitable duty.
