However, Taiwan’s highly developed economy has a huge impact on the environment. As a result, fulfilling environmental protection has become an important issue facing companies. In western societies, they emphasis a strict implementation on corporate social responsibility(CSR), especially environmental responsibility. Taiwanese business has followed the western trend to promote CSR in order to meet international rule of conduct. This study is based on the theories of qualitative research by using interview method to select a well-known case company X in implementing environmental responsibility. In addition, this study tries to analyze its internal methods and the use of foundation to implement environmental responsibility. Research findings are through the commitment and vision of highest executive of X company to implement environmental protection, the X company has become a leading company in green image and to spread out the concept to the society. The company has also developed a highly competitive green products and services. It has helped the elementary schools to care the environment so the schoolchildren learn how to care the environment from very early. By using the blog to educate has helped the public to learn and to get resources. The implementation of CSR has uplifted the company’s core competency and business image and subsequently the profits. More important, the X company has made us to put more emphasis on the living environment.
