This business model can solve many problems within the organization, but may create new risks for the organization, it is used in different organizational structure, necessary to consider the organization's characteristics and environmental background, motivation and strategy side outsourcing objectives can combine to produce the maximum benefit. The study by Research and Analysis outsourcing basic theory, consider the operation of military logistics, military logistics construction to conform to the optimal business model of outsourcing, the future of the military logistics planning for the diversity of thought. Another questionnaire through expert validation of the potential benefits when Waibao and risks, establishing outsourcing evaluation indicators, research focused on the outsourcing of military logistics supply Zuoye pairs generated by the positive and negative effects of identification, and use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), select military logistics outsourcing abroad of the optimal business model.
