When the heart’s pumping periodically, it creates a pressure wave called blood pressure waveform. Affect the conditions of blood pressure waveform, such as: impedance, compliance, stroke volume, heart rate, etc. Affect the reasons of blood vessels pressure waveform. According to the cardiovascular paper discussesd, description measure upper arm artery of exact, can be receives more correct the aortic pressure waveform. In this study, hydrodynamics theory and the pipe flow’s part to research, define to the relationship between heart rate, impedance, flow, pressure. Construct a similar to human blood pressure of blood pressure simulation system. Regulate these four parameters showing different from pressure waveform, and analysis the relationship between the blood pressure simulation system and the human blood pressure. In this study, construct to blood pressure simulation system through to regulate these parameters such as: heart rate, impedance, flow and pressure, then similar to human blood pressure. The Spacelabs, OMRON and Japan product non-invasive electronic sphygmomanometer to blood pressure simulation system of test and verify part. Over all, the three non-invasive electronic sphygmomanometer measure differences between in different. Whether the systolic, diastolic and heart rate with blood pressure simulation system is meaningfully for the statistical analysis. Therefore, through to blood pressure simulation system, regulate to these parameters, then showing of each type’s waveform and the mechanism of action of realize to cardiovascular circulatory system.
