| Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 心理學研究所 === 98 === The purpose of the present study was to understand the relationships between personality and work values of air-conditioning engineering workers. There were 294 air-conditioning engineering workers participated in the study.
The results were:
（1） The air-conditioning engineering worker’s personality was significant difference in Extraversion , Agreeableness , Conscientiousness.
（2） The air-conditioning engineering worker’s work values was significant difference in Self-growth , Self-realization , Dignity , Social-interaction , Organization’s safe and economical , Stable and avoid anxious .
（3） The significant background variables was some support for personality.
（4） The significant background variables was some support for work values.
（5） The significant correlation was some support with personality and work values.
（6） Personality and work values can project job performance .
（7） The significant variables was some support for different work worker.
