In this study, research and discussion for the flux of modules enlarged. As the module to be enlarge, the membrane distillation flux is slightly lower the flux of small-bench scale module. The reason is that flow of fluid in the channel not well-mixed and the material of module is not insulated. The study also explored the membrane distillation of plasma treated membrane. The membrane distillation flux was greater when the modified surface contact at the permeate side. These results are established a simulation program by MATLAB, that can be simulated membrane distillation flux of the different scale modules and the membrane distillation flux of the membrane treated by plasma, and the simulated values and experiment results was fitted.
