Therefore, in this study, we used the method of saturated water solution and freeze drying to remove the part of not inclusion borneol and then drying. The recovery rate of borneol β-cyclodextrin powder is 84.9 ± 2.9 %. Evaluation the index of the β-cyclodextrin inclusion rate in complex by the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. The inclusion rate is assayed by gas chromatography (91.1 ± 3.2 %). Furthermore, we also inspected the temperature influence of β-cyclodextrin inclusion and mixtures. The result showed β-cyclodextrin inclusion is more stable. Otherwise, the inclusion can decrease the odor, the rate of sublimation and hope application in cosmetics in future.
