Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 98 === The main purpose of this study is to assist A Co. Ltd. to manufacture the wear-resistant plate with arc spraying technology, to evaluate the operating parameters: voltage, powder feeding rate, CO2 concentration and wire feeding rate, for the product quality of the wear-resistant plate. Taguchi method is used to configure and analyze the metallographic observation, HRC surface hardness, wear resistance and dilution rate, to find the major process parameters for the process optimization of wear-resistant plate.
The results show that if the tree-structure segregation of Fe-Cr-C in the hard-facing layer is more robust then would have better performances in the HRC surface hardness, wear resistance and dilution rate. Through this arc spraying technology, the heat-affected zone of the substrate for a 6mm low-carbon steel plate can be controlled within 0.3mm in depth. From the experimental results, the most sensitive parameter in the wear-resistant plate manufacturing is the powder feeding rate, the results also show that the influence of the operating voltage is very small and can be ignored in the manufacturing process.
